Use your mobile device to scan the QR code of the machine to upload a picture. You can choose a photo from the system gallery or choose a personal picture. (The pictures you upload are only used for machine printing, you can delete them at any time)

During the warranty period, if the product has a performance failure, Evebot will choose to repair or replace it with a new machine after determining the warranty problem. And with the original customer's purchase invoice as proof, only the original buyer has the right to claim the warranty.

Quality of the print on the drink is horrible. You can’t even make out the picture. Working with the Evebot customer service has not been well. Have provided them with video and pictures.

Easy to use and setup

The machine was easy to setup and use. We encountered a problem this week when it was not used for 1 week. The ink seemed to have dried up and lucky we purchased a spare colour cartridge.
