With my handheld food printer by printing a bright red "Holly Jolly" on top of my matcha milk cap. Talk about festive vibes! The contrast of red on the green matcha foam really nailed the winter Christmas spirit. It's like a holiday parade in my cup!

  Ingredients 

  • Matcha powder: 2 grams
  • Hot water: 60 milliliters
  • Milk: 240 milliliters
  • Cream: as needed
  • Ice cubes: a few

Steps

1、Prepare Matcha Base

  • Place 2 grams of matcha powder into a bowl.
  • Add 60 milliliters of hot water (about 80°C, not boiling) and whisk with a matcha whisk or           small mixer until the matcha is fully dissolved and frothy.

2、Make Matcha Milk Cap

  • Heat the milk until warm (do not boil).
  • Froth the milk using a steam wand or manual milk frother until you have a fine foam.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the cream with a suitable amount of matcha powder and whip until      thick. 

3、Assemble the Drink

  • Fill a glass with a few ice cubes.
  • Pour in 1/2 glass of milk.
  • Add a layer of whipped matcha cream on top to form the green milk cap.
